Vacation Home Renovation

An investor purchased this property in a popular vacation destination with the intent to fully revitalize both the interior and exterior portions of the site to dramatically boost its value.

In this photo, renovations to the home are nearly complete. Meanwhile, the landscape is completely overgrown and likely unmanaged for several years.

My role in this project involved creating a set of construction drawings that clearly delineated the layout, materials, grading, and native plants that would comprise the landscape design.
